Looking for developers to help with mplayer.

As many of you know one of the current weak areas of Open2x is the lack of a decent version of mplayer intergrated into the firmware.

The project currently uses a fork of the GPH supplied mplayer and whilst we wish to continue using this as a base we would welcome any offers of help to cleanup the code and make the player more maintainable and supportable going forward so we can start to enhance the feature set.

Forum discussion about Open2x

I just thought it was worth mentioning that a reasonably active forum thread has sprung up about Open2x on GP32x that you can read here.

Most aspects of the project are covered in one form or another in the various posts from project developers.

We will try and get a chance to précis the thread and post it up here as a status report/Q&A as soon as time permits.
